Health and Heritage Fair Registration

If you would like to march in the parade to represent your country or culture, you can do so for FREE! You will be grouped with others representing the same country to form a group. For any parade-related questions, please contact Rosario Bauer at rosario@healthpolicyproject.org.

Terms and Conditions

Food Trucks, Food/Snack/Dessert Booths

All food providers will pay a commission directly to the Utah State Fairpark for access and setup. The fee structure, payment instructions and food truck/booth requirements will be provided by the Utah State Fairpark. For any food provider questions please contact Dajhana Sudbury at dajhana@healthpolicyproject.org.

Health Fair

  • All health Fair booths must register under the Health Fair tab with the specific code provided.
  • All tables must have a clean, neat tablecloth that reaches the ground on all sides.
  • Any outside booths must provide their own canopy, if desired. A table and two chairs will be provided.
  • All booths are 10’ x 10’.
  • Each tent leg must be secured and weighed down by at least 40lbs. Anchors/stakes are NOT permitted.

  • All booth representatives are required to participate in a virtual meeting prior to the event. Meeting dates will be sent via email (Monday through Friday).
  • The contact information provided when registering will be the only point of contact we use. It is the responsibility of the registered person to share all necessary information, instructions, and any event updates to their team.

Parade

  • Participants marching with a country can do so at no cost but cannot promote their organization or business
  • Participants NOT marching with a country must pay the parade fee
  • Participants must stage at the stated location and in the order directed by parade organizers
  • Participants may NOT leave a float or vehicle unattended.
