If you are interested in a sponsorship package including brand marketing, contact Iris Curiel iris@healthpolicyproject.org, or call at 801-758-2392. Deadline for sponsorships is July 19th, 2024.

If you would like to march in the parade to represent your country or culture, you can do that for FREE! You will be placed with others representing that country to form a group. For any parade-related questions please contact Julie Sotelo at julie@heatlhpolicyproject.org.

Terms and Conditions

Food Vendors and Snack/Dessert Vendors

  • All food and snack/dessert vendors need the appropriate food handler’s permit from Salt Lake City which is not the same as a storefront permit. If food vendors are shut down for not having proper food permits, Take Care Utah will not provide a refund.

  • All cords and wires must be secured to prevent trip hazards and accidents. Wire cross overs or rubber mats should be used. Vendors are responsible for providing their own electricity.

  • All food vendors must completely cover floor/ground of cooking area to catch oil and spills.

  • All vendor tables/tents must leave 4-foot path on all sidewalks. Tent sizes are 10' x 10'.

  • All tents must be secured or weighted.

  • All vendor tables must have a clean and neat table cloth that reaches the ground.

  • All vendors must secure over flow, boxes and trash under table and out of site.

  • At the end of the event, all trash generated from vendors should be placed in trash bags and taken to nearest compactor waste deposit station. The Gateway Management can direct you where the nearest location is located for your event.

Booths

  • All booths need to provide their own canopy if desired. A table and two chairs will be provided. All booths are 10’ x 10’ and will receive 2 parking validations from Take Care Utah at the information booth.

  • All booths are required to participate in a virtual meeting. Prior to the parade - dates (Monday to Friday).

Political Candidates/Politicians

  • Anyone running for political office or anyone that is currently holding political office pays a separate fee. Political candidates/Politicians are not nonprofit organizations..
